Eligibility and agreement
MealMotion is operated by Brok Howard. You must be at least 18 and reside in the United States to register or use the planner. By accepting these terms during sign-in or onboarding you agree to these terms and acknowledge the privacy policy. If you do not agree or are not eligible, do not create or use an account. Your account and household
Sign in with your own Google account, keep it secure and provide accurate information. Do not share credentials or access another person’s private records. Invite only people who agree to join your household. Household members can edit shared pantry, shopping, receipt, recipe and meal-planning data; personal health and fitness records remain owner-only. You are responsible for the information and images you upload and must have permission to share them.
A wellness planner, not medical advice
MealMotion is not a medical, rehabilitation, race-coaching, bodybuilding or extreme weight-loss service. Nutrition, image interpretation, food freshness and workout suggestions are estimates and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent illness, guarantee food safety, or promise optimal or safe training. Review information and use your own judgment. Consult a qualified professional for health, dietary or exercise concerns. Do not rely on MealMotion for emergencies.
Review and external services
Review extracted drafts, portions, nutrition and workout changes before approving them. Weekly adaptations are proposals and do not change scheduled workouts until accepted. Optional Calendar sync operates on your accepted linked workout events; external changes require your decision. Google, Lovable and other providers have their own terms, permissions and availability. MealMotion does not place grocery orders or make purchases for you.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload content you have no right to use, attempt to bypass permissions, disrupt the service, or expose another person’s private information. We may restrict access to protect users and the service or address a violation. You retain rights to your content and grant only the permission needed to store, process and display it for the planner and your chosen household sharing.
Leaving and deleting your account
You may stop using MealMotion, disconnect Calendar, or delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes personal app data, your uploads, connections and household associations. Shared household records remain for other accepted members with your attribution removed; ownership transfers to a remaining member when needed. A household with no remaining accepted member is deleted. Existing Google events remain in Google. Deletion cannot be undone; provider backups and legally required records may persist as described in the privacy policy.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation or accuracy. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the planner or external services. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Keep copies of information you need; do not make the app your only record of important commitments.
Changes and contact
We may update the service or these terms. Updated terms will be posted here with an effective date; material changes will be communicated before taking effect. If you disagree with an update, stop using the service and contact info@brokhoward.com for account or data assistance.
